The following
Mexican national holidays are observed during which no Spanish classes
are held: (January 1, February 5, March 21, Good Friday, May
1 & 5, September 16, November 2 & 20, and December 25).
No refunds or discounts will be given for Spanish classes missed
due to holidays.
Your registration
fee can be paid using a debit/credit card or E-check
through our secure and instantaneous payment processing form,
powered by PayPal,
the world's #1 online payment service. We also give the option
of paying through mail with a Cashiers/ Travelers Check.
Payment of Spanish class
tuition and homestay program fees are due at the Spanish School upon arrival in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
Optional activities and tours of Mexico may be paid 1-2 days in advance. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars,
pesos, or Travelers Checks. We can also accept major credit cards
through PayPal's
secure online payment service but there will be a 5% charge to cover
transaction expenses incurred on the Spanish school. We regret that
we cannot accept personal/institutional checks or money orders.
Please
inquire about our Spanish class discount packages for senior citizens, graduate
students, or students studying Spanish for 4 weeks or
longer. For groups of more than 5 people please contact
us for special rates.
Please note
the following refund policy. Registration
fees are non-refundable. Spanish Class tuition is
refundable only due to circumstances beyond his/her control and
is under the complete discretion of the Spanish school. Any refunds on Spanish Class tuition and/or homestay program fees will be given less 50%.
